About the RoleWe are looking for a Content & Social Media Executive who understands what makes content work — from planning the monthly calendar and writing the message to managing shoots and getting the final content live.
The ideal candidate is creative, organised, hands-on and social-media savvy, with the ability to take an idea from a content calendar to a finished post, reel, CRM campaign or customer-facing communication.
This is not only a social posting role. Copywriting is a major part of the job. You will help shape how SWEET DREAMS communicates across social media, CRM, e-commerce, campaigns, influencer content and other brand surfaces.
You should think content-first while understanding the business objective behind each piece of communication. The role requires someone proactive who can move between ideas, writing, coordination, execution and performance learning.

Key Responsibilities1.



Content Calendar Planning• Plan and maintain the monthly social media content calendar.
• Develop content ideas aligned with brand campaigns, launches, trends and key occasions.
• Balance brand, product, engagement, culture and trend-led content.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely availability of products, information and creatives.

2. Copywriting Across All Brand Surfaces• Own day-to-day copywriting across social media, CRM and campaign communication.
• Write captions, hooks, CTAs, reel scripts, story copy and social-first campaign messaging.
• Write and adapt copy for WhatsApp, RCS, email, SMS and other CRM communication.
• Support website and e-commerce copy including banners, collection messaging, landing pages, product storytelling and promotional communication.
• Adapt one campaign idea into channel-specific copy while keeping the core brand message consistent.
