Role Description The Nursing In-Charge is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing nursing operations within the institute’s clinical and training environment. This role includes supervising nursing staff, organizing duty rosters, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and ethical guidelines.



The Nursing In-Charge coordinates patient care activities, collaborates with clinical research teams, and supports the smooth execution of training and study-related procedures. Daily tasks involve monitoring documentation accuracy, maintaining infection control practices, mentoring junior nursing personnel, and ensuring a high standard of care and professionalism in all nursing services.
Qualifications
• Strong clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and basic life support.
• Experience in supervising nursing teams, coordinating schedules, and managing day-to-day unit operations.
• Knowledge of clinical research processes, documentation standards, and regulatory or ethical guidelines (GCP awareness is an advantage).
• Proficiency in maintaining medical records, reporting incidents, and ensuring quality and safety compliance.
