Role Description The Tendering Engineer will be responsible for managing end-to-end tender processes, including reviewing tender documents, preparing technical and commercial proposals,



and coordinating quotations in line with HPIPL’s standards. This full-time, in office role based in Noida involves analyzing project requirements, estimating costs, and collaborating with engineering, sales, and procurement teams to ensure competitive and compliant bids. The Tendering Engineer will interact with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify specifications, negotiate terms, and support contract finalization. Day-to-day tasks include preparing bid documentation, maintaining tender databases, tracking tender outcomes, and providing post-tender support and technical clarifications when required. The role also requires adherence to company quality, safety, and compliance protocols while contributing to process improvements in the tendering function.
