Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AIML Assurance Testing Manager to lead our software development team in ensuring the quality and reliability of AI and ML applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML technologies and a proven track record in software testing and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the AIML testing team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and implement testing strategies for AI and ML applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various AI/ML models.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies.





Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of data science principles and practices.
• Experience in performance testing of AI/ML applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in software development and testing, with a focus on AI/ML.
• Relevant certifications in software testing or AI/ML are a plus.
