Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves managing day-to-day operational processes related to mutual fund and investment transactions, including documentation, data entry, reconciliation, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. The Operational Specialist will assist in ensuring smooth client onboarding, timely execution of orders,
and accurate handling of client queries and requests. Responsibilities include monitoring operational workflows, supporting compliance and audit requirements, and collaborating with sales and advisory teams to maintain service quality. The role also requires maintaining detailed records, preparing periodic reports, and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
