We’re hiring: HR Manager (Sales) at icconX

Looking for an HR qualified with hands-on experience managing field sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment, offer and appointment letters, joining formalities and employee records.
• Manage attendance, leave and payroll for a 50-member sales team, including incentives, deductions and reimbursements.
• Verify monthly travel claims, market attendance and outlet visits. Resolve discrepancies with employees and coordinate corrections with sales managers.
• Maintain statutory compliance records, including PF/ESI details wherever applicable, and coordinate with accounts/consultants.
• Address employee queries and concerns.
• Manage Full & Final settlements.
• Prepare monthly HR MIS reports.

Requirements:
• Hands-on HR operations experience.
• Experience managing field sales teams is mandatory.
• Strong Excel and communication skills.
