Job Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record in high-volume sales hiring.



You will drive end-to-end recruitment strategies across critical geographic regions—specifically Bangalore, Delhi, Gujarat, and Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate will excel at active headhunting on LinkedIn, leveraging job portals like Naukri, and utilizing organic networks, personal databases, and direct mapping to hire top sales talent.
Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Headhunting• LinkedIn Headhunting: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn search operators (Boolean search) to identify, target, and engage passive sales professionals.
• Portal Sourcing: Master resourcing via Naukri (Resdex, Boolean strings, mass mailing, active filter management) and other job portals.
• Organic & Direct Sourcing: Utilize personal networks, direct company mapping, talent mapping, and employee referral channels to build an active talent pipeline.
