Job SummaryIndian Inovatix Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. The selected candidate will assist the HR Manager in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance and leave management, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, and overall HR administration.
Required Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
• 3–6 years of experience in HR or Recruitment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, attendance, payroll support, and labour laws.
• Experience with HRMS software will be an added advantage.
• English Communication: Candidates must have strong English communication skills and fluency in professional English.
