Role OverviewBAOIAM is looking for a motivated and organized Project Management Intern who wants to learn how projects are planned, coordinated, tracked, and executed in a growing startup.
The intern will work with the team to manage project documentation, track deadlines, coordinate tasks across departments, prepare progress reports, and identify potential execution gaps. This is a learning-oriented opportunity for candidates interested in project management, business operations, and team coordination.




Key Responsibilities• Assist in planning projects by defining tasks, milestones, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Create and maintain project trackers, task lists, and progress reports using Google Sheets or project management tools.
• Coordinate with different departments, including HR, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Technology, on assigned projects.
• Follow up with team members regarding pending tasks, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Prepare meeting minutes, action-item lists, and project status updates.
• Maintain project documentation, SOPs, checklists, and shared records.
• Identify delays, dependencies, and potential risks and report them to the supervisor.
• Assist in preparing weekly project updates and basic dashboards.
• Explore AI tools to improve project documentation, reporting, and productivity.
• Support special projects and operational improvement initiatives as assigned.
