Role Description: The Senior Merchandiser will oversee end-to-end merchandising activities for The Leather Exchange’s operations in the Greater Kolkata Area. This full-time, in office role involves planning product assortments, managing stock levels, and ensuring effective visual merchandising across retail locations. The Senior Merchandiser will analyse sales performance, track customer trends, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimise product mix and promotional strategies. The role includes coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory movements, and implementing pricing and display plans to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction. The Senior Merchandiser will also mentor junior team members, uphold brand standards, and contribute to continuous improvement in merchandising practices.
