We are hiring an Automotive DFMEA Facilitator with experience in automotive product development, design risk management, and DFMEA activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct and facilitate Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA).
• Identify potential design failures, risks, and their effects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Prepare and maintain DFMEA documentation, review records, and approval records.
• Support design reviews and Design Verification & Validation (DV&PV;) activities.
• Track risk-reduction actions and ensure timely closure.




• Ensure compliance with AIAG-VDA FMEA methodology and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Support engineering change management and quality reviews.

Required Skills
• Solid experience in DFMEA and FMEA.
• Hands-on experience in DFMEA facilitation and documentation.
• Automotive Electrical/Electronics (EE) system-level DFMEA experience.
• Knowledge of AIAG-VDA FMEA methodology.
• Understanding of design reviews, risk management, and change management.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 26262 Functional Safety and ISO 21434 Cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of automotive product development processes.
