Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Program coordination and execution support

• Support the delivery of marketing operations programs and initiatives by managing timelines, trackers, status updates, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate tasks and dependencies across multiple stakeholders to ensure projects move forward on time.
• Assist in maintaining project plans, action logs, meeting notes, risk registers, and implementation checklists.
• Help monitor program milestones and escalate delays, blockers, or dependency issues to senior team members.

Campaign operations support

• Work with campaign, digital, content, and field marketing teams to support campaign setup, execution coordination, and launch readiness.
• Track campaign assets, approvals, timelines, and dependencies to support smooth execution.
• Help ensure campaigns are tagged, documented, and logged correctly for reporting purposes.
• Support post-campaign documentation and collection of basic performance data.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely completion of





assigned tasks.

Reporting and operational visibility

• Support the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and summary reports related to campaign delivery, workflow progress, and operational KPIs.
• Assist in compiling data for business reviews, planning meetings, and leadership updates.

Data and systems support

• Help maintain data hygiene across key marketing processes, trackers, and systems.
• Support routine tasks related to campaign records, taxonomy, naming conventions, and
• program documentation.
• Partner with marketing operations and systems teams to ensure process requirements are reflected accurately in templates and workflows.
• Assist with user testing, process validation, and rollout coordination for system or workflow changes.
• Help monitor adherence to marketing data and process governance standards
