About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head of Sales Marketing to lead our Sales and
Marketing functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the software/IT industry and a
proven track record of managing teams, driving revenue growth, building effective marketing strategies, and converting business opportunities into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities :
• Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring both functions work together toward

business and revenue goals.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, sales conversion, and revenue growth.
• Build and manage marketing campaigns across Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO,

Social Media, Content, and other relevant channels.




• Develop strategies to improve brand visibility, market positioning, and customer reach.
• Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with senior management to develop pricing, go-to-market, expansion, and growth

strategies.
• Analyse market trends, competitors, customer behaviour, and business opportunities to identify areas for growth.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics for Sales and Marketing teams and regularly review their

performance.
• Mentor, guide, and develop Sales & Marketing leaders and team members.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Customer Support, and other departments to ensure alignment

between customer needs and business strategy.
• Prepare and present sales, marketing, revenue, and growth reports to the manage
