About the Role
LoansJagat is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various departments. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication abilities and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer follow-ups.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals and other channels.
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Support offer rollouts, salary discussions, joining formalities and follow-ups with selected candidates.




• Build and maintain a pipeline of relevant candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of assigned positions.

Candidate Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline; an MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication and negotiation skills.
• Good coordination, follow-up and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a target-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
