About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who can think beyond a single brand and is excited by the challenge of working across multiple brands and industries.
The role will involve working on the marketing and social media presence of GlitchOver, a gaming/creator-focused brand, along with two food brands. The ideal candidate should be comfortable switching between different audiences, brand personalities and marketing strategies while keeping each brand’s identity distinct.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute marketing activities across multiple brands.
• Manage and grow social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and others.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, memes,



formats and emerging platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas, campaigns and strategies based on each brand’s target audience.
• Work closely with designers, video editors and other team members to execute content.
• Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Coordinate campaigns, launches and other marketing initiatives.
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports/insights.
• Experiment with new marketing ideas and take ownership of projects from concept to execution.

What We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously and adapt to different brand voices.
• Strong creative thinking and an eye for engaging content.
