About the Role
Livspace is looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Sales & Design to lead regional business growth, drive sales performance, enhance design productivity, and ensure profitability. The role involves leading large teams, improving customer experience, and building scalable business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive regional revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Lead and mentor Sales & Design teams to improve productivity and conversions.
• Monitor sales funnel performance, business KPIs, and operational efficiency.
• Own business performance and drive profitable growth.
• Improve the customer journey from consultation to design conversion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.




• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:
• 10–15 years of experience in sales leadership, business management, retail, or related industries.
• Proven experience in leading large teams and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of sales conversions, revenue management, and P&L.;
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in home interiors, furniture retail, real estate, or lifestyle businesses preferred.
• MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 institute is an added advantage.
