JMJ Fintech Limited is a growing Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) focused on expanding its financial services and digital lending business through technology-driven solutions, sound financial management and strategic growth initiatives.

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team and contribute to the company’s financial management, regulatory compliance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
* Preparation and review of financial statements and management reports.
* Ensuring compliance with applicable RBI, SEBI, BSE and other regulatory requirements.
* Monitoring accounting, taxation, GST, TDS and statutory reporting.
* Supporting statutory audits, internal audits and regulatory inspections.
* Managing financial controls, risk management and process improvements.
* Assisting in fund management,



financial resource planning and business performance analysis.
* Supporting corporate finance activities, including fund mobilisation and capital-raising initiatives.
* Coordinating with auditors, bankers, consultants and regulatory authorities.
* Leveraging technology and automation to improve financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Who We’re Looking For

✔️ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
✔️ Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
✔️ Valuable analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
✔️ Candidates with experience in NBFCs, banking, fintech or financial services will be preferred.
✔️ Knowledge of RBI regulations and listed-company compliance will be an added advantage.
