Role Description The Intensive Care Nurse will provide comprehensive, high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients in an intensive care setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include continuous patient assessment, monitoring vital signs and life-support equipment, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, and responding promptly to changes in patient conditions.



The nurse will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, ensure accurate documentation, and support families with clear, compassionate communication. This role also includes maintaining infection control standards, participating in clinical protocols, and contributing to quality and safety initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
• Robust clinical skills in critical care nursing, including patient assessment, medication administration, and management of ventilators and other life-support equipment.
• Knowledge of intensive care protocols, infection control practices, emergency response procedures, and evidence-based nursing interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and engage with patients and families in a respectful, supportive manner.
