Job Description
• Patient Interaction: Greet and assist patients upon arrival. Serve as a primary point of contact for patients,
addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Care Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate seamless patient care and transitions between services. Serve as a liaison between patients and medical staff, ensuring transparent and timely communication.
• Patient Education: Provide information and education to patients about treatment plans, procedures, and services.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate patient care practices to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with statutory regulations.
