Role Description The General Manager Sales Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The individual will lead sales and marketing strategy for agricultural equipment and accessories, drive revenue growth,



and expand market presence through dealer networks and direct customer engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, managing key customer accounts, and coordinating with dealers to ensure product availability and service quality. The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, and identifying new business opportunities in domestic and export markets. The General Manager will collaborate closely with production, service, and finance teams to align business goals, improve customer satisfaction, and support long-term growth.
