REN AI Technologies is building NimitAI, an AI sales intelligence platform for Indian and global sales teams. We are bootstrapped and DPIIT recognised. We are part of NVIDIA Inception and NASSCOM 10,000 Startups. We won 2nd place at the Build Bharat Hackathon (Ideabaaz Startup Fest 2026) and were selected in the Top 10 at Punjab Angel Network.

The company holds a pre-money valuation of ₹6 Crore, validated multiple times. We are not raising funds right now. Our focus is on building strong initial traction, and that is where you come in.

The product is built. We are now looking for a co-founder to own how NimitAI goes to market.

About the Role
This is an equity-based co-founder role, not a regular job. You will have full authority over GTM and real skin in the game. You will shape how NimitAI reaches its market, wins its first wave of customers, and grows as a platform.

Key Responsibilities

Build and own the complete GTM strategy for NimitAI as a platform
Drive initial traction by winning early customers and building repeatable acquisition channels




Plan and execute GTM motions across channels, choosing the right tools for each
Design and run campaigns that reach the exact ICP
Work closely with the product and tech teams to make the product better using market insight
Gather customer and market feedback and turn it into clear, prioritised deliverables
Align market requirements with company goals in a structured, skilled way

What We Are Looking For

Strong understanding of B2B markets, ideally SaaS or AI products
Hands-on experience planning and running GTM strategies, campaigns, and outreach
Ability to read market needs quickly and translate them into action
Comfort working across teams such as product, tech, and sales
An ownership mindset, so you take decisions and drive results without needing direction
High commitment and genuine enthusiasm for building a company from the ground up

What We Offer

1.5% to 2.5% equity (ESOPs), based on fit and commitment.
