We are expanding our product portfolio and are looking for an experienced Fashion Designer to create commercially successful collections that align with the latest market trends.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and experienced Fashion Designer with expertise in designing complete apparel collections across Men's and Women's Wear. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product development from concept to production and a strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, garment construction, and fit.
Key Responsibilities• Design seasonal and year-round collections for:
• Men's Denim
• Men's Shirts
• Men's T-Shirts
• Men's Bottom Wear
• Women's Casual Wear
• Women's Dresses
• Women's Ethnic Wear
• Women's Denim
• Research global and domestic fashion trends, colors, fabrics, silhouettes,
and consumer preferences.
• Develop mood boards, concept boards, and seasonal themes.
• Create sketches, CADs, tech packs, measurement specifications, and artwork.
• Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, pattern makers, and production teams to develop samples and final products.
• Select fabrics, trims, prints, embroidery, washes, and accessories suitable for each collection.
• Review samples, conduct fit sessions, and implement corrections before production.
• Ensure collections meet DEERPATCH's quality, pricing, and brand positioning requirements.
• Visit markets, exhibitions, and vendors to stay updated on emerging trends and innovations.
Requirements• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Fashion Design from a recognized institute.
• 3–8 years of experience in fashion design for apparel brands or garment manufacturers.
• Solid experience in Men's Wear and Women's Wear product development.
