Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with a solid focus on performance testing to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manual testing and a deep understanding of performance testing methodologies. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and test cases.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and performance requirements.
• Analyze performance test results and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to ensure performance considerations are addressed.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.




• Mentor junior QA team members on performance testing best practices.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in performance testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in manual testing and test case design.
• Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with automation testing tools.
• Experience with cloud-based performance testing.
• Knowledge of application performance monitoring tools.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in QA with a focus on performance testing.
• Relevant certifications in QA or performance testing are a plus.
