Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Business Analyst with robust experience in the US Life Sciences and Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving requirement discovery, solution design, product enhancements, and successful delivery of business outcomes.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, conducting stakeholder workshops, managing product backlogs, and supporting end-to-end SDLC activities is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirement Management

Product & Customer Engagement

Agile & Scrum Execution,Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including:, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint

Participate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Experience Working With

Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Clinical Operations, Healthcare Platforms, Commercial Operations

Regulatory and Compliance-driven environments

Understanding of healthcare ecosystem, patient journeys, provider workflows, and industry terminology.

Required Qualifications
