About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and execution-oriented qualified to work closely with our CRO Office and drive day-to-day business execution, cross-functional coordination, and strategic initiatives. This role offers direct exposure to business leadership, revenue operations, dealership program management, and organizational problem-solving, with an opportunity to progressively take ownership of business functions and grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
• Task & Calendar Management: Manage daily priorities, calendars, meeting agendas, action items, and follow-ups.
• Execution & Accountability: Track deliverables, ensure timely closure of tasks, and drive accountability across departments.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and Engineering to resolve interdepartmental issues.
• Program Management: Track partner onboarding, partnership pipeline, activation, documentation,



and ongoing progress.
• Strategic Initiatives: Drive special projects and high-priority initiatives assigned by the CRO and company leadership.
• MIS & Process Management: Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports while building effective systems for execution.
• Leadership Development: Gradually take independent ownership of projects, business initiatives, and operational responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in Founder’s Office, Business Operations, Project Management, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and a bias for action.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
