Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts with 55% and Ph.D. degree in the subject of Psychology/English/JMC/PIR
At least 15 years of teaching/research experience in a higher education institution.
Minimum 10 research publications.
Minimum 110 Research Score (as per UGC norms).

Academic and administrative head of the institution.
Implements policies and regulations of UGC/University.
Promotes academic excellence and discipline.
Coordinates with stakeholders, including faculty, students, and management.
Ensures smooth functioning and quality assurance.
