We are looking for an experienced Accounts Head to lead our finance and accounting function and ensure accurate, compliant and efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Manage financial reporting, MIS and month-end/year-end closing.
• Handle GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory compliances.
• Monitor accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations and cash flow.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants and statutory authorities.
• Establish and maintain strong financial controls and processes.
• Manage and mentor the accounts team.
• Support management with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Ensure accuracy, timely reporting and compliance across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For




• 7–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation and statutory compliance.
• Experience in financial reporting, MIS and reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Experience managing an accounts team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
