Role Description The Event Assistant role at Raymagic Green Energy Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position located in the Pune Division. This role supports the planning and execution of company events, including corporate meetings, training sessions, product launches, and promotional activities related to solar solutions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating event logistics,



managing guest lists and registrations, arranging venues and materials, and assisting with on-site setup and breakdown. The Event Assistant will interact with attendees, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring professional communication and smooth event operations. The role also involves maintaining event documentation, tracking budgets and expenses, and providing post-event reports and feedback to improve future activities.
