Role Description The Cluster Director of Human Resources is a full-time, on-site role based in Dibrugarh East, responsible for leading HR functions across multiple properties within the cluster. This role oversees the development and implementation of HR policies, ensures compliance with labor and employment regulations, and manages end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising leadership on HR strategy,



handling employee relations and conflict resolution, managing performance review processes, and supporting learning and development initiatives. The role also involves partnering with department heads to drive engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture aligned with Marriott standards, while maintaining accurate HR records and reports.
Qualifications
