About the Role
Homsense is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate with internal teams and contractors, and ensure projects are executed efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and timeline commitments. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience construction site execution.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
 Coordinate with Clients, Architects, Designers, Electricians, and Execution Team throughout the project.
 Understand client requirements and communicate them to the Design Team.
 Raise design requests and follow up until drawings are issued.
 Coordinate site execution as per approved drawings and project schedule.
 Resolve day-to-day site coordination issues with relevant stakeholders.
 Capture client change requests and ensure proper approval before execution.
 Conduct site meetings and maintain Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
 Maintain project documents, approvals, and site records.
 Escalate project risks, delays,



or issues to the Project Manager.
 Support smooth project handover by ensuring all coordination activities are completed.

Qualifications
 Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience
 1–2 years of experience in site coordination, project execution, or construction project management.
 Experience in residential or commercial projects is preferred.

Required Skills
 Strong coordination and communication skills.
 Knowledge of construction processes.
 Ability to read drawings and project specifications.
 Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
 Basic knowledge of project documentation and reporting.
 Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
