Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced detail‑oriented and proactive Commercial & Finance skilled with 5+ years of experience to commercial operations, accounting, compliance, and administration. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution across sales administration, book-keeping, payments, statutory filings, and HR touchpoints. The Role will report to Director -Finance and work closely with the Founder & CBO to support strategic growth.

You will also be responsible for end‑to‑end financial discipline — from invoices and dispatch documentation to GST/TDS compliance — while also enabling operational efficiency across sales and admin functions.





Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Sales Administration
• Manage Purchase Orders, invoices, dispatch documents, delivery challans, and e‑forms.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely dispatch.

Finance & Accounting
• Handle bookkeeping, accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage payments, bank transactions, and cash flow discipline.
• Ensure timely filing and compliance for TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements.

Compliance & Documentation
• Maintain accurate records for audits and statutory filings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Administration & HR Support
• Act as a touchpoint for HR processes including employee records, payroll coordination, and basic HR administration.
• Support overall office administration and vendor management.
