- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in SAP FI S/4HANA environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of problems.
- Familiarity with change management and incident management processes in application support.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
