Job Summary

Sr Principal Engineer, Software leads the architecture, design, development, and delivery of scalable, cost-effective software solutions leveraging C#, .NET, and microservices architectures, while providing technical leadership, mentoring engineering teams,



and driving engineering excellence across the software development lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing

• Designs and architects’ scalable software solutions using modern engineering practices.
• Leads complex programs or key workstreams, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Translates product and software requirements into architecture, concepts, and design alternatives.
• Solves ambiguous, complex technical problems while balancing quality, cost, time, and business needs.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, users, and external partners to deliver and maintain software architecture.
• Serves as a subject-matter expert and influences technical direction across teams and product platforms.
• Mentor engineers and may coordinate assigned engineering or technical staff.
