Role Purpose
The Business analyst provides project management, reporting and data analysis support across Global Change Programme initiatives. The role is responsible for maintaining high-quality people data, supporting project governance and reporting, and enabling data-driven decision making.
The role combines project administration, stakeholder coordination, people data analysis and operational support, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and supported by accurate,



timely and insightful management information.
The post holder will also support the processing and administration of approved MyHR and other HR technology system access requests, contributing to a positive employee experience through responsive and customer-focused service delivery.
Main Accountabilities
Project Management Office Support
• Support project planning, scheduling and governance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation, plans, RAID logs, actions and decision registers.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture actions and track follow-up activities.
• Support preparation of governance packs, steering committee papers and status reports.

Data Analysis & Reporting
• Collect, validate, analyse and interpret HR and project data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations to support decision making.
