You'll have the incredible opportunity to join us at Asset and Entitlement Engineering team and play a key role in designing and developing next-generation capabilities. Your role will focus on designing and developing next-generation software to transform Cisco’s Products Lifecycle and Post Sales Customer Experience.

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering recent capabilities using the latest technologies and processes. This includes actively coding, as well as debugging and reviewing with the team. You'll also have the chance to work closely with our talented engineers and interact with our valued business partners, fostering an inclusive and respectful atmosphere.

Your specific responsibilities will include:
• AI Development: Drive the enablement of AI and Generative AI,



specifically focusing on the development and management of applications using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI.
• AI-First Engineering: Build large-scale Gen AI applications by prioritizing AI-first principles, simplicity, and an intuitive User Experience (UX).
• Operational Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of software development, ensuring all solutions are built with secure coding practices and a thorough focus on user privacy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with architects and organizational leadership to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that move the needle for the entire organization.
• Working closely with the Scrum master, Product owner, and global delivery teams to drive and contribute to project releases and sprint work.
• Build and optimize secure, scalable Gen AI platforms supporting enterprise document management, data security, and compliance requirements.
