Role Description The HR Intern role at EduAdvice™ is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The intern will support HR operations by assisting with recruitment activities,



including posting job descriptions, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Daily responsibilities include helping implement HR policies, supporting onboarding and orientation processes, updating employee databases, and assisting in documentation related to employee advantages and personnel records. The HR Intern will also help organize employee engagement activities, collect feedback, and support compliance with internal procedures and labor regulations. This role offers exposure to core HR functions in a dynamic education-focused organization and requires proactive collaboration with different teams.
