We are looking for a *collection agent* who can confidently communicate with customers and handle follow-ups for pending and due payments.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers through calls regarding pending/due payments.
- Follow up with customers and encourage timely payment.
- Handle customer queries related to pending payments professionally.
- Maintain proper follow-up records and update payment status.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth recovery and closure of pending cases.

Eligibility

- Qualification: 12th Pass or above
- Freshers can apply
- Hindi, Kannada & English Mandatory
- Valuable communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with customer calling and follow-ups
- Candidates from Yeshwanthpur and nearby areas preferred

Salary

Freshers: 17,500/month CTC: 19,000

Experienced candidates: Salary will be based on experience & interview performance.
