Role Description The HR & Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day human resources activities and operational processes to support smooth business functioning at InstaLaxmi’s Thane office. This full-time on-site role includes managing HR operations such as employee onboarding, attendance and leave tracking, payroll coordination, and maintaining HR records. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, managing performance reviews,



and supporting leadership with workforce planning. The HR & Operations Manager will also coordinate office administration tasks, align HR practices with business goals, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in end-to-end HR processes.
• Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including hands-on experience with HR systems, documentation, and process optimization.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies, including drafting, updating, and implementing policies in line with legal and organizational requirements.
