• Own delivery commitments against the programme roadmap
• Partner with the European engineering organisation on architecture and scope
• Build technical career paths for the team
• Hire — expect this to be a meaningful part of the first year

What we're looking for

Essential.

• 12+ years in automotive software,

with recent ADAS or autonomous exposure
• Line management experience of at least six engineers
• Working knowledge of ISO 26262 and ASPICE in practice, not just in principle
• Track record delivering against fixed automotive programme milestones

• Experience building a team from a small base
• Perception, sensor fusion or vehicle software architecture background
• Prior work with a European or North American parent organisation

What this role offers
