Role Description:



The AR Associate is responsible for managing accounts receivable activities to support efficient revenue cycle operations in a healthcare environment. This full-time hybrid role is based in Kochi, with work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring outstanding claims, following up with payers on denied or delayed payments, performing invoicing and payment posting, and reconciling patient and payer accounts. The role involves analyzing account discrepancies, escalating complex issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing and reimbursement problems.
