Orkeneo AI Labs is building an AI Decision Intelligence platform for restaurant and food-service operations. We help restaurants make smarter decisions around demand forecasting, inventory, procurement, and profitability.

We're building our go-to-market engine through direct sales, POS partnerships, structured pilots, and ROI-driven customer conversion.

We're looking for an ambitious, hands-on qualified who wants to build our restaurant sales and customer acquisition engine from 0→1.

What You'll Own
1. Restaurant Acquisition & Field Sales
• Identify and approach multi-outlet restaurant brands, QSRs, restaurant chains, multi-brand cloud kitchens, and restaurant groups.
• Visit restaurants across Mumbai and connect with founders, owners, COOs, operations heads, and other decision-makers.
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach.




• Qualify prospects based on their operational challenges, outlet count, and suitability for Orkeneo.

2. Meetings, Demos & Conversion
• Independently generate qualified meetings with restaurant decision-makers.
• Explain Orkeneo's value proposition and coordinate product demos with the founding team.
• Handle initial objections and follow up consistently.
• Move qualified prospects towards structured pilots and customer onboarding.

3. Pilot Execution & Customer Success
• Coordinate onboarding for selected restaurant customers.
• Maintain regular communication during pilots and encourage consistent product usage.
• Collect feedback, identify adoption challenges, and work with the founding and product teams to resolve them.
• Help validate operational value and move successful pilots towards paid subscriptions.

4. POS Partnerships & Multi-Outlet Expansion
