About the Role




The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and staffing process for international hiring requirements across different countries and regions. The role involves understanding manpower requirements, developing sourcing strategies, identifying and screening candidates, coordinating interviews across time zones, managing offers, and supporting onboarding.

The recruiter will work closely with international clients, hiring managers, business stakeholders, and candidates across different geographies to ensure timely closure of positions while delivering a professional and positive candidate experience.

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for international positions.

• Understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
