Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Work Details

• Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
• Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday–Friday (Work from Office), Saturday (Work from Home)
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate hiring records.
