Moraa is building a collaborative learning marketplace where people learn directly from experienced practitioners through hands-on, interactive learning experiences.

We’re looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial Growth & Marketplace Marketing Intern to work directly with the founders on building both sides of our marketplace.

You’ll Help Us

• Acquire learners — students, MBA and master’s students, recent graduates, early-career professionals and career changers.* Recruit practitioner-educators — identify and reach experienced professionals who can share their expertise and create learning experiences on Moraa.* Run growth campaigns — develop and execute campaigns across email, LinkedIn, communities, partnerships and other channels; test messaging and content; and track what converts.* Build partnerships and communities — work with university organizations,

professional communities and other distribution partners.* Launch experiences — help take recent workshops and learning experiences to market and drive registrations and participation.* Learn and iterate — analyze what’s working across channels, audiences and messages and turn those insights into repeatable growth playbooks.

This is not a traditional marketing internship where you’ll simply execute an established campaign calendar. Moraa is early, and you’ll work closely with the founders to figure out what works and then execute it.

We’re looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, strong at research, comfortable reaching out to people they don’t know, analytical about results, and excited by startups, learning and building something from the ground up.

Experience with growth marketing, outreach, partnerships, student or professional communities, events, startups, sales, or building your own project is a plus — but initiative and ability to execute matter more than a specific major.
