The Business Expansion Executive will support Guru Outdoors India Pvt. Ltd. in identifying new markets, developing business opportunities, acquiring clients, and building a reliable pipeline for growth. The role involves market visits, competitor research, client outreach, partnership development, commercial evaluation, and coordination for entering new cities. The person will be expected to convert market information into practical business opportunities and contribute to revenue not just activity or lead volume.

Roles:-

· Identify potential cities, business segments, locations, and customer groups for expansion.
· Prepare city and market assessments covering demand, commercial potential, client presence, competition, and entry considerations.
· Map business opportunities in target markets and submit clear recommendations to the reporting manager.
· Assess the likely conversion and revenue potential of identified markets before recommending further investment or expansion.
· Generate qualified leads through market research, direct outreach, networking, referrals, field visits,



and other approved channels.
· Identify and contact relevant decision-makers in prospective client organisations.
· Arrange client meetings, understand requirements, qualify opportunities, and maintain timely follow-ups.
· Build a pipeline of realistic business opportunities and coordinate next steps with the relevant internal teams.
· Develop current client relationships and work towards assigned acquisition and revenue targets.
· Prepare or coordinate proposals and commercial information in line with company guidelines.
· Follow up on proposals, address client queries, and support opportunities through negotiation and closure.
· Track deal value, expected revenue, pricing, and margin considerations; seek approvals wherever required.
· Map relevant competitors, their offerings, pricing, service approach, and market presence.
