About Nella Marketing
Nella Marketing is a growing performance marketing and content agency working across Bangalore and Mysore. We help brands grow through performance marketing and content that actually gets watched.
About the role
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves being on shoots, and wants to grow into a content strategist. You'll work hand-in-hand with our videographer, attend every shoot, and run content for Nella Marketing and our client brands.
What you'll do
• Plan monthly content calendars for Nella Marketing and our client brands
• Turn ideas into shoot-ready plans: briefs, shot lists, hooks and Reel scripts
• Work closely with our videographer and attend every shoot
• Direct on set: guide the talent and the angles, and make sure we capture what the edit needs
• Capture behind-the-scenes content for Nella's own pages
• Write captions, brief our editor and schedule posts
• Run Nella Marketing's own Instagram and LinkedIn
• Review performance every month and suggest what to do more (and less) of
• Stay on top of trends, audio and formats,
and pitch fresh ideas every week
You're a great fit if you
• Live in Bangalore and are happy to travel across the city for shoots (a two-wheeler helps)
• Have 0–2 years of experience in social media, content or an agency (freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome)
• Have a portfolio: pages you've managed, Reels you've made, or your own account
• Write well in English (Kannada is a plus)
• Are comfortable with Canva and CapCut (or similar tools)
• Are curious, organised and excited by content
