Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Recruiter based in Canada. The Technical Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruiting for technology positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.



Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, building targeted talent pipelines, and leveraging various channels (job boards, social networks, referrals, and communities) to attract qualified candidates. The role involves assessing technical and cultural fit, coordinating interview logistics, providing timely feedback, and supporting offer negotiation and onboarding. The Technical Recruiter will also contribute to recruitment process improvements, maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM tools, and support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Nifty Tech’s presence in the Canadian tech market.

• Solid expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with a track record of managing end-to-end hiring processes for technical roles.
