About Finnect
Finnect is a Canadian marketing agency that works exclusively with financial advisors. We help advisors grow their practice through scripted video content, social media, Meta advertising, CRM and lead-generation systems, run end to end.
Our video ads already run on a proven, scripted process. Static and carousel ads do not. We're hiring someone to build that process from scratch and own it.
The role
You'll own static and carousel ad creative for every Finnect client: the research, the design, the testing and the system behind it. This is half strategist, half designer.
Our strategy team hands you a concept and an angle. You research what's working in the market, design ads that fit the client's brand, ship them into campaigns, and use the results to make the next round better. Over time you'll turn that into a repeatable playbook and oversee all static creative across the agency.
You'll work closely with our copywriters, ad specialist and production manager, and report to the founders.
What you'll do
Research
• Dig through the Meta Ad Library and other ad libraries to find what's working for advisors, wealth firms and adjacent financial brands.
• Build and maintain a swipe file of winning formats, hooks, layouts and visual patterns.
• Track which colours, layouts and formats stop the scroll in a feed, and how to adapt them to each client's brand.
Design and production
• Turn strategy-team concepts into finished static, carousel and image ads that are built to get the click.
• Produce multiple variations per concept (headline, visual, layout, CTA) so we can test properly.
• Respect each client's brand guidelines while still making ads that stand out.
• Size and export correctly for every placement: feed, stories, reels and carousel.
• Prepare creative for dealer compliance review and turn around revisions quickly.
Testing and ownership
• Work with our ad specialist to launch creative tests and read the results (CTR, CPC, cost per lead).
