Role Description The Senior Sales Associate – Real Estate role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will manage end-to-end real estate sales activities, including prospecting, lead qualification, property presentations,



and closing transactions with clients. Responsibilities include conducting property visits, explaining project details and pricing, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth documentation and booking process. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and builders, providing brokerage-free consultation, and offering consistent, high-quality customer service before and after sales. The Senior Sales Associate will also track market trends, contribute to sales strategies, and collaborate with the internal team to meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the company’s values of integrity and transparency.
