WE ARE HIRING | REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (RSM)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Salary: ₹12–15 LPA
Experience: 8+ Years
Qualification: B.Com or Equivalent
Industry: Building Materials – uPVC & Aluminium Doors/Windows, Structural Glazing, Railings and Invisible Grills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, recruit, and develop the regional sales team.
• Drive sales targets, business expansion, and regional profitability.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders.
• Manage regional P&L; and report directly to the Director.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and team productivity.

Mandatory Requirements:




• Minimum 8 years of experience specifically in the building materials industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Hyderabad, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh markets.
• Strong professional network with architects, interior designers, and builders.
• Previous Regional Sales Manager experience will be preferred.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
